Ik mocht die ruilen voor een beter passende, maar moest wel zelf de retourkosten betalen. Momenteel wordt nog steeds een te grote hoes gesuggereerd. Jammer, daar je er toch wel vanuit mag gaan dat je goed geïnformeerd wordt op de website. I bought an umbrella, of which I am certainly satisfied. But the parasol cover suggested on the website as fitting is way too big. I was allowed to exchange it for a better fitting one, but I had to pay the return costs myself. Currently, an oversized cover is still suggested. It is a pity, since you can assume that you will be well informed on the website.

Ontgoochelend was het feit dat, toch in aanmerking genomen dat kwaliteit doek als "hoog" werd gekwalificeerd op de site, deze parasoldoek geenszins waterdicht is wat we o.i. wel mochten verwachten obv de prijs. Jammer, zien ons genoodzaakt een poging te ondernemen om het doek alsnog waterdicht te krijgen, wat wschl niet zal lukken... Finish is OK. Disappointing was the fact that, taking into account that quality cloth was qualified as "high" on the site, this parasol cloth is by no means waterproof, which we should have expected based on the price. Too bad, we are forced to make an attempt to get the canvas waterproof after all, which probably won't work...

Door regelmatige updates via mail werd ik ook mooi op de hoogte gehouden waar de bestelling/levering van mijn product in het proces zat. Bij aankomst van de tegelbak bleek deze echter wel beschadigd te zijn. 1 van de 4 "pootjes" was afgebroken. Na contact met hun klantendienst werd er onmiddellijk gevolg aan gegeven en kwam er bijna direct een adequate oplossing. Samenvatting : Ondanks het feit dat het product zelf bij aankomt een defect had toch een zeer "aangename" ervaring met deze webshop! Ordered a Glatz Tegelbak M4 at Parasol-shop.nl. However, when the tile tray arrived, it turned out to be damaged. 1 of the 4 "legs" was broken off. After contacting their customer service, they were immediately followed up and an adequate solution was found almost immediately. Summary : Despite the fact that the product itself arrived with a defect, I still had a very "pleasant" experience with this webshop!

Maar ik heb deze parasol nu 11 maanden in bezit en maximaal 10 keer opgezet in die periode. Ik heb er uitstekend voor gezorgd en netjes opgeborgen in de schuur. Maar vandaag brak het kabeltje waarmee ik hem omhoog moet hijsen. Erg vervelend want vanwege dit systeem kan ik hem niet zelf maken. Dus ik bel de klantenservice. Krijg ik eerst de melding dat dit nummer is afgeslote en daarna dat ze niet bereikbaar zijn. Rope of the umbrella broken and customer service not available by phone. (Order no: # 319667) It is true that there is a 1 year warranty on their products. But I have had this parasol for 11 months now and set it up 10 times during that period. I took excellent care of it and neatly stored it in the shed. But today I broke the cable to lift it up. Very annoying because I can not make it myself because of this system. So I call customer service. I first get the message that this number has been closed and then that they are not available.
