★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website had a bug. I emailed the customer service. Instead of telling me how to fix the problem myself. They handled the whole order for me! Pickup was next day and drop off was the day after that.
Will definitively book here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away! Don't let the prices fool you, as you will get charged afterwards with 'unforeseen' costs which are double the cost of the initial shipment. That's how they make money. Customer service is non-exisiting. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse company everr!!!! no surprise all reviews here are so bad. was the second time I decided to use them, after the first one failed and again they failed BIG TIME. the dates they give are not valid, after you pay only you find out what the date will be for pick up, the label was not correct, their customer service had me waiting for 10 minutes on hold to hang up at the end. I managed to get one on the phone and while trying to solve my problem she suddenly told me to send email about it, what is this for a company? she then promised to change the date of pick up for me manually, she never conformed that and i found out bu calling the courier company that that never happened. ridiculous company, never use them if you want to do your job professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see no other option then to use violence against these people, they don’t listen to anything and continue to scam people every day, they are hiding behind a phone they are not picking up, and not responding to any emails, the only emails they send are about (more and more) bills, I will personally track these people down, and physically hurt them (over and over) so hopefully they will learn their lesson. Justice will be served, when I’ve done this I will post the results, so everyone can be happy, knowing these people have got what they have deserved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T get involved with these guys. We took Parcel International (Tale BV) to court last year. Of course we won (with a great lawyer), as they charged us 7K on non existing shipments, crazy high, extra charges etc etc. . Our goal was to let them stop ripping people off. I'm amazed nothing really changed. Apparently they don't learn. It's a SHAME, get things organized or stop doing business if you can't deliver service.
