Received my samples only 24hrs after ordering - despite getting a note that orders were delayed due to ilness of the store manager and despite getting a note that sample orders aren't a priority for shipping out (due to having to prepare the decants). Will definitely order here again. Thanks!

β β β β β FedEx Lost the first fragrance that I ordered on 2nd Of December 2019 according to Parfumaria. This has not been verified by Fedex.
A replacement Dusita fragrance was sent after my request.
I also suggested a refund as I could have then purchased the fragrance elsewhere ( from Dusita ) before Christmas as this was to be a gift.
They decided to send the fragrance again but the Wrong fragrance sent.
Wonderful offer to keep Wrong fragrance ( even though the description of the fragrance is not my taste and this is in no way a reflection on Dusita )
And even more generous the offer to have my 394.42 Euros refunded and keep the wrong fragrance.
As of the 26th December 2019 Parfumaria have not refunded any money, even if I were to pay for the wrong fragrance I am still owed over 100 Euros.
As this was a Christmas gift I was unable to pay to buy a new fragrance from Dusita as Parfumaria has all of the 394.42 Euros
I will update everyone on this issue regarding this store when I am also updated on the progress. Hopefully a positive result.
Update:
After receiving an email from Parfumaria on Saturday 28/12/2019 I am being blackmailed by this store to alter my review for a more favourable rating.
I do hope this store withdraws this threat and fulfils promises they made.

After I lodged a complaint with PayPal ParfuMaria refunded the money and fulfilled their promise.
It is a pity this entire event occurred.

β β β β β I ordered 13 perfumes from ParfuMaria, and only 12 bottles got delivered.
After a long discussion with Customer Service, the agent agreed to process a refund for the missing one. One week later, no refund, and now I'm blocked from their website.
Well, now you know that some business still choose to treat customers like no tomorrow!

β β β β β Avoid. They do not act professional. As they are not able to update description in webshop when product changes (name and picture due to color) they blame you as the customer if you complain and want a return. They even are not aware that you have the right of withdrawal by european consumer protection laws. I do not understand at all how one can be so rude to customers and starts discussing. They even claim the perfume did not change and I should talk to the producer as I told them I own both versions of product, the old and the new one. It is not my task at all to discuss with anyone. I just wanted to return the product as description and picture in their shop is wrong. I am glad that PayPal and American Express both offer protection for such cases.

β β β β β It's human to make mistakes, but if you mess things up you should at least try to sort it out gracefully. Transparency and honesty is the key.
1. I received the wrong package because the orders had been mixed up. As requested by the company I booked "track & trace" freight and posted the parcel to its actual buyer. Was promised the same for my order.
2. Despite that I asked repeatedly for the tracking number for my parcel, I never received one.
3. Suddenly an amount of money (not even the correct sum) was refunded to my account. I asked why my order was cancelled and suddenly they come up with a story about my bottle being trashed during transport.
4. I requested the tracking number for the parcel that had been destroyed β information that would be easy to share if the story was true. No reply.
If the company provides me with a full refund as well as the requested documentation, this review will be removed. No more prevarications, thanks.

β β β β β Bad service. The delivery was several days late. I was no longer at the shipment adress and therefore wanted to cancel the order. Even though they didn't deliver per indication they still insisted that I pay for the shipping and a cancellation fee.
