Besides having great selection of perfumes and make up, they have β€œbenefit” eyebrow waxing service, the beautician is great and has a great sense of which tint color to use! It isn’t a walk in service though you have to book in advance!

Horrible service. The employees were not managing the queue which constantly changed the direction. This resulted in complete chaos when people were waiting to pay for their shopping. In addition the staff was completely ignoring the customers.

Lady was keeping a eye on me , then started following me . Kinda racist to think buitenlanders are thieves . I own more expensive products then what they sell in Douglas .

The staff is extremely non-professional with a non-helping attitude. They have 0 information/knowledge about their policies, terms and conditions. It doesn’t even look like a Douglas store if you compare it with another one. I would never go there even if they sell for free. Let me add all the details now, so someone from higher management can read it, otherwise, the staff would call it β€˜a customer with a bad day’. I bought a perfume from an online store that was delivered in same-store and we picked by ourselves. They also sent us other samples with the order and I liked the other one more so we called the customer support asked them for the change, the person over the call was very nice and told us to take it to the store with the receipt and they will do it right away. We told them that we lost the original receipt and he said it's not a problem, just print the receipt that is attached to the order email. We went twice to the store and they didn't help us at all, we showed a printed receipt, original Order email and packed perfume. Everything was perfect but the lady said we need the original one on Douglas paper head. Who says this one earth? It was just a simple change. Logically just imagine that how can someone decline this. All they needed was just to read the barcode and it would every info. Original order email cant is replaced and they didn't even consider it. Original e receipt was also not considered and they said you print it so we cant accept it. It's v sad, After all this we called customer support again and they said the store is wrong and sent us the return label via email that we followed and it worked. Never go to this store even if they sell for free. They wasted my twice and I never experienced such a rude staff in my life. Other stores and online shop are much better. I am also attaching mu order receipt so the management can check the details.
