★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had iets besteld bij Douglas, maar was kapot aangekomen. In de winkel hadden ze het niet, dus hebben ze het voor mij besteld en als het goed js komt het morgen binnen. Hopelijk heel dit keer. Maar de service was goed.
 Had ordered something from Douglas, but had arrived broken. They didn't have it in the store, so they ordered it for me and if everything goes well it will arrive tomorrow. Hopefully this time. But the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staat er een aanbieding van Michel Kors cadeau set met de prijs van 51€ kom ik bij de kassa zegt zij Ooo ik weet niet of dat de juiste prijs is komt er een andere Dame die zegt moet ik ff kijken nee zeg zij is andere prijs 69€ komt zij met wij hebben geen tijd gehad om de bordjes weg te halen gehad ik zeg is menselijk waarop zij zeg toch wel op een niet vriendelijke toon dit is de tweede keer dat ik niet klantvriendelijk wordt geholpen ik ben er klaar mee Douglas !!
Is there an offer of Michel Kors gift set with the price of € 51 I come to the cash register she says Ooo I don't know if that is the right price will there be another lady who says should I have a look no say she is different price 69 € she comes with we haven't had time to remove the signs I say is human to which she say in a not friendly tone this is the second time that I am not helped in a customer-friendly way I'm done with it Douglas !!
