K	Karen Hartmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn hoor, van tevoren parkeerplaats besproken (en betaald met Ideal) en dan lekker luxe dichtbij het gebouw midden in de stad, waar ik moest wezen kunnen parkeren! Enige jammere was dat de QR-code het niet deed. Maar daar staat tegenover dat ik snel en vriendelijk werd geholpen na het bellen van het nummer wat ik in de mail, tegelijk met de QR-code, heb gekregen! Great, parking space discussed in advance (and paid with Ideal) and then nice and luxurious close to the building in the middle of the city, where I had to be able to park! Only pity was that the QR code did not work. But on the other hand, I was helped quickly and friendly after calling the number I received in the mail, along with the QR code!
B	Bob uit Huizen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideale plek om te parkeren via Parkmobile app. Dicht bij het centrum van Leiden en stukken goedkoper per uur dan andere parkeerplekken. Ideal place to park via Parkmobile app. Close to the center of Leiden and much cheaper per hour than other parking spaces.
E	Eric Starrenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaats staat slecht aangegeven en er zijn veel bedrijven op dat terrein die daar parkeren. Ik neem aan als de app mij zegt dat er 90 vrij zijn en ik er maar 3 zie dat er niet heel erg veel gelet wordt op wie er mag parkeren. Place is poorly signposted and there are many businesses on that property that park there. I assume if the app tells me that there are 90 free and I only see 3 that not much attention is paid to who is allowed to park.
R	Remo Slingerland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel troep en daardoor lijkt het alsof je niet veilig parkeerd. En best nog wel een beetje verweg van de centrum. A lot of junk and that makes it seem like you are not parking safely. And quite a bit far from the center.

I kept my old review: I paid for a week of parking, all in advance. I arrived - FULL LOT, no places. I called. I was told, too bad, nothing to do, no refund, go online, find a new place to park. My car is in the parking lot in the middle of the construction closed area, so, I have to go back and hope the car is not damaged and still there. I checked online after I got home, and the website says that there are 30 empty parking places. UPDATED. I contacted ParkBee via email, and they were very supportive. I was issued a partial refund, and they offered to support if I wanted to move the car. A stressful situation, but I will use ParkBee again.
