I	Isabelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De parkeerplaats was prima, maar de klantenservice van ParkBee was een drama. We hadden gereserveerd van 12:00 tot 23:45 uur. Er stond dat we vanaf een half uur voor onze reservering de parkeerplaats op mochten. Nergens kon ik vinden of het ook nog uitmaakte als je wat later was. Er staat op de site: "Omdat we de plek hebben vrijgehouden gedurende de reserveringstijd is er is geen restitutie mogelijk. Tijdens de reserveringstijd kun je wel zo vaak in en uitrijden als je wilt." Dan is het geen probleem als je wat later bent, zou je zeggen. Toen we om 12:45 bij de parkeerplaats kwamen, ging de slagboom niet meer open. Toen we ParkBee belden, kregen we te horen dat we te laat waren en dat er gewoon in de mail stond dat we tot 12:30 de parkeerplaats op mochten. Dit stond dus echt niet in de mail. Nadat de medewerker even had overlegd zei ze dat ze "uit coulance de slagboom open deed" op een boze toon. Ik legde uit dat er niets in de mail stond en dat ik echt niets op de site kon vinden, maar ik kreeg alleen maar respectloos gelul terug. Lang verhaal kort: wij maken geen gebruik meer van ParkBee. The parking lot was fine, but the ParkBee customer service was a drama. We had a reservation from 12:00 to 23:45. It said that we were allowed to enter the parking space from half an hour before our reservation. Nowhere could I find out if it mattered if you were a little later. It says on the site: "Because we have kept the place free during the reservation time, there is no refund. During the reservation time you can drive in and out as often as you want." Then it's no problem if you're a bit later, you would say. When we arrived at the parking lot at 12:45 pm, the barrier no longer opened. When we called ParkBee, we were told that we were late and that it was simply stated in the e-mail that we were allowed in the parking lot until 12:30. So this was really not in the mail. After the employee had a short talk, she said that she "opened the barrier out of courtesy" in an angry tone. I explained that there was nothing in the mail and that I really couldn't find anything on the site, but I only got disrespectful balls back. Long story short: we no longer use ParkBee.
