Ik had een probleem met het activeren van mijn parkeervergunning in de parkeer-app. Ik belde met parkeerbeheer en mijn melding werd zeer voortvarend opgepakt. Dezelfde ochtend is het probleem nog opgelost door een uiterst correcte werknemer van Parkeerbeheer. De parkeer-app die je moet gebruiken is overigens een drama, maar dit is niet de plek om dat uitgebreid te behandelen. De ervaring die ik had met de controleurs van parkeerbeheer was ook positief. Ze stonden mij netjes te woord en dachten mee. Wat mij betreft keurig. Je doet het als controleur waarschijnlijk niet snel goed.... My experience with Parking Management is positive. Ze vroeg me of ik even met haar mee kon rijden gezien ze erg slecht ter been is. Toen ik aankwam bij het paaltje om de markt op te rijden heb ik de medewerker van parkeerbeheer vriendelijk gevraagd of ze even het paaltje kon laten zakken zodat ik mevrouw voor de deur kon afzetten. Betreffende medewerkster had hier geen oren naar en kon zich op geen enkele wijze inbeelden hoe het moet zijn om minder valdide te zijn. Tot overmaat van ramp begon ze nog over haar eigen kwalen te spreken. Daar hadden we natuurlijk geen tijd voor en zijn daarna onverricht ter zake weer huiswaarts gegaan. Parkeerbeheer Roosendaal, chapeau! Zelfs de ouderen zullen moeten zwichten onder jullie 'service gerichte' regime! En wat betreft de medewerkster die ons te woord stond, Dank voor uw service gerichtheid en indenkingsvermogen. Dus ernaartoe en 's morgens om 9 uur.Blijkbaar zien ze je niet graag zo vroeg, met heel veel moeite en een sjagrijnige kop stond de wel heel elegant gevulde dame op en vroeg waar ze me mee kon helpen. Als het mogelijk was geweest had ze me weggetoverd zodat ze verder op haar burostoel kon zitten en naar scherm staren met kop koffie.Geld innen is Roosendaal wel vertrouwd, vriendelijkheid? Laat maar, dit is toch een visitekaartje voor Roosendaal? Een glimlach kon er niet vanaf noch een prettige dag. Bijna had ik gezegd: ik betaal je salaris, klantonvriendlijk is parkeerbeheer in elke opzicht, qua openingstijden en ook hoe je kunt betalen, maar vooral hoe ze met de burger om moeten gaan.Als je niks te zoeken hebt, mijdt Roosendaal, tenzij je er woont dan sterkte gewenst. I have no idea why this office exists as they are unable to help at all apart from tell you to pay and go away, zero sympathy, genuine interest or compassion. A real disappointing experience and brings shame to Roosendal, it's really very sad that such horrible people are able to represent the town.
