Entrance gave me a rich feel to it.
When you come out of the garage your in the middle of Rotterdam centre and can go all directions.
With the day card or hotel card you can park. Here for A pretty nice price also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to park you car not too far from the centre of Rotterdam, but the parking spots seem a bit cramped; you have to let your passenger exit the car and park close to the pillars, or the car next to you can't park decently. This even goes for average-sized cars. On the up-side: usually there's always a free spot.
