T	Ted Moolenaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De parkeerplaats stelt niks voor maar een wandeling in het natuurgebied is heerlijk. The parking lot is nothing, but a walk in the nature reserve is wonderful.
A	Arjan Menger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier kun je een mooie wandeling maken, is er wat te doen voor kinderen en heb je een uitzichtpunt. Dit laatste stelt niet veel voor op zich, maar je hebt wel goed zicht op de paarden en runderen. Als je mazzel hebt zie je ook zwijnen. De paarden zijn overigens niet bang en komen naar je toe. Here you can take a nice walk, there is something to do for children and you have a viewpoint. The latter is not much in itself, but you have a good view of the horses and cattle. If you are lucky you will also see pigs. The horses are not afraid and come to you.

Beautiful route of nature monuments. You have to wait a while for Spanish cattle crossing the road. And the bull keeps looking at you. ?

Bij mooi weer wel op tijd komen omdat parkeerplaats zeer populair is en dus ook vrij snel vol. Excellent parking lot to park your car to go for a walk in the Planken Wambuis area. If the weather is nice, come on time because the parking lot is very popular and therefore fills up quite quickly.

Zo loop je gedeeltelijk door het bos, is er een uitkijkpunt over een grote vlakte met koeien en paarden en wandel je over de Veluwe. Er is een gele route van 8km en een blauwe route van 3.6 km. De gele is naar mijn mening het best, maar de blauwe is ook erg leuk en divers! Very nice, quiet place for walking with various nature and wildlife. You walk partly through the forest, there is a viewpoint over a large plain with cows and horses and you walk across the Veluwe. There is a yellow route of 8 km and a blue route of 3.6 km. The yellow one is the best in my opinion, but the blue one is also very fun and diverse!

Vanaf deze parkeerplaats is een leuke, wandelroute te lopen waarbij er afwisselend tussen bos en heide gelopen wordt. Op verschillende plekken langs de hoofdroute kan de wandeling ingekort worden door een zijpad in te slaan. Vroeg in de morgen en rond einde dag kan van achter het wildscherm het passerende wild bekeken worden. Vooral in weekend en tijdens mooi weer is de parkeerplaats snel gevuld. In plaats vanaf deze parkeerplaats te starten, kun je ook starten vanaf het gelijknamige restaurant aan de Verlengde Arnhemseweg in Ede. Iets buiten de route maar een prima locatie om de wandeling te beginnen en ook af te sluiten met een fijne lunch of goede kop koffie. Beautiful spacious nature reserve next to the Hoge Veluwe National Park. From this parking lot you can walk a nice walking route, alternating between forest and heath. At various places along the main route, the walk can be shortened by taking a side path. Early in the morning and around the end of the day, the passing game can be viewed from behind the wildlife screen. The parking lot fills up quickly, especially on weekends and during good weather. Instead of starting from this parking lot, you can also start from the restaurant of the same name on the Verlengde Arnhemseweg in Ede. Slightly off the route but a great location to start and finish the walk with a nice lunch or good cup of coffee.
D	Dave de Jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In alle vroegte hier een mooie wandeling gemaakt met de gele route. Soms was de markering op een steen net even bedekt met wat bossages dus wat minder zichtbaar. Mooi uitzicht over de heide en een rustig stukje door het bos waar wij oog in oog stonden met een aantal wilde paarden. Bij het wildscherm ook nog een groep zwijnen kunnen spotten. Early in the morning we took a nice walk with the yellow route. Sometimes the marking on a stone was just covered with some bushes, so less visible. Beautiful view over the heath and a quiet part through the forest where we were face to face with a number of wild horses. Spot a group of boars at the wildlife screen.
