★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een aanfluiting. Uitrij scanner bij slagboom was defect. Gevolg, niemand kwam er meer uit. Gebeld via unit met iemand van qpark, situatie uitgelegd. Zegt die doodleuk dat er 6 betaalunits zijn om te betalen. Ik zeg doe nou die slagboom open aub er staan 25 mensen te wachten die kunnen er ook niet uit. En scanner gooide kaartjes gewoon weer eruit. Hangt meneer van qpark de telefoon op. Daar stonden we dan allemaal. 5 minuten lang proberen te bellen. Daarna pakte een mevrouw de telefoon op, situatie uitgelegd en zij heeft de slagboom open gehouden zodat iedereen naar huis kon. Wat een fiasco daar bij qpark!
What a mockery. Exit scanner at barrier was defective. Result, nobody came out anymore. Called via unit with someone from qpark, situation explained. Says that casually that there are 6 payment units to pay. I say well open that barrier please, there are 25 people waiting who can't get out either. And scanner just threw out cards again. Mr. van qpark hangs up the phone. We were all there. Try calling for 5 minutes. Then a lady picked up the phone, explained the situation and she kept the barrier open so that everyone could go home. What a fiasco there at qpark!
