★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices of the website are not available in the store and misleading information was given over the phone. They briefly mentioned that they don't manage the website - just not the right answer. Be careful if you are driving long distances to come here, not worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online staff is not helpfull at all, weren’t able to give any info on the phone. As soon as we arrived the prices were 2 times the online price. Store staff is somewhat helpful, but it’s crazy that they actually admitted that the online webshop is misleading and not up to date. Very unfortunate that they made us come over, knowing we had someting specific in mind. Would not recommend buying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a hoax, they advertise with really cheap floors to lure you in. Once you get there, all these floors are suddenly nowhere to be found. Laminate "action" flooring then starts from 8,99 m2. Quality is cheap, cardboard backs on floors priced 17,95 m2 and up. Sales people are very aggressive, won't take no for an answer if you say you just want to look around first, but "insist" on helping. The place is very dark with bad lighting, floors and coloring are impossible to see. I don't trust at least half of the reviews written, check the other reviews from some reviewers (Smile for ex), you will find they have given multiple reviews to Parket Paleis.
Lastly, it was not busy at all, so there is no excuse for them not being able to advice on floors over the phone, like any trustworthy business will do. Strongly advice to stay away, sometimes it's really just "too good to be true".
In response to the owners feedback, I was not "asked" but harrassed. I was "directed" to the "outlet" section, but was nothing there. It's all very dodgy, but if you want to get cheated, by all means, go buy a floor here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience i had with buying something since i moved in the Netherlands.
On the day that the floor was supposed to be delivered nobody showed up. When i called they simply told me that they no longer had the floor that i ordered and paid for in stock. Suggested sending me another floor, which was delivered without the subfloors.
Had to wait for the subfloors, and when putting in the floors we discovered that most of the planks they sent were defective - some of them crooked, cut uneven or missing the click system. Since i had to move into my new place, i had no other option at that point than to use the floor as it was.
When contacting them, their only solution was to send me back 150Eur. They also rudely mentioned that they are not responsible for my tight schedule, failing to acknowledge that this was because of their poor planning and services.
I strongly advise anyone who wants to buy their floors from this place to go somewhere else. Prices might be competitive but you are risking getting defective floors in your house.
