About Parkmobile
Parkeer eenvoudig voor zakelijk en privΓ© gebruik door te schakelen tussen verschillende gebruikers in de Parkmobile app. Je kunt zowel een zakelijk als een privΓ© account aanmaken op hetzelfde telefoonnummer. Dit doe je eenvoudig via de Parkmobile app:
- Ga naar ‘account’ en klik op ‘gebruiker’ voor iOS en ‘account’ voor Android.
- Klik op ‘gebruiker/account toevoegen’ en vul de inloggegevens in van je andere account.
- Na inlog staat de gebruiker toegevoegd onder ‘gebruiker’ voor iOS en ‘account’ voor Android. Selecteer het juiste account en start je parkeeractie.
- Nog geen ander account? Maak direct een account aan in de app via ‘Nog geen Parkmobile klant?’ of via de Parkmobile website.

β β β β β Scam and poor customer service! I paid 22 euro for a parking in a city I never been and for a foreign license plate. When I mentioned that I don't own a foreign car, the customer service said: not my problem. Terrible

β β β β β Worst application and customer service ever! The application is not functioning properly. They charge you incorrectly. Unable to speak to a manager to discuss the problem. They escalate it to the incassobureau without even communicating with me first. Ridiculous way of doing business and extremely poor customer service. Don't use this parking app.

β β β β β Be careful: apparently they have a couple of days on the app where your bills are to be said to be paid. This information is incorrect for a couple of days a month. Because of this misinformation I thought I had paid untill they blocked my account out of nowhere saying I still needed to pay. I was charged an extra fee because I didn't pay 'on time'.

β β β β β This is the worst company ever. Especially the customer service. I have gotten a ticket because the location of my app was not correct. Now i have a ticket and the meter kept going so i need to pay in total a 100 euro for a five hours parking. Dont recommend using this app!

β β β β β I would like to mention about 2 specific cases which is really frustratung, irritating and still unresolved till date.
First, is a case when I booked Parkbee parking via Parkmobile app for a business trip. But unfortunately, I had to cancel my entire trip at the very last minute. Hence parking was also cancelled. After 2-3 emails to parkbee team they approved my request to do a refund. But the refund had to be done by parkmobile team as I had booked via parkmobile app. And till date (even after almost 2 months) I havent received my refund amountΒ yet, even though parkbee have sent an email to parkmobile team to processmy refund.
Second, is a case quite recent (almost a month ago), where I confirmed a reservation and did the payment for a parking in a garage via the app. But when I reached the location I couldnt open the barrier via the app. When I contacted the customer service team advised that they couldnt find my booking for some wierd reason. So they asked me to do a reservation again via the app and then open the barrier.Β They also assured and reassured me that there would not be a double payment asked. But to my surprise, I'm being asked for double payment in my Oct invoice.
For both these cases I have been sending numerous emails for which I dont see even a single response. Not sure if their email is valid and working.
When contacted them couple of days back, I was again told that I will need to pay the invoice and then they will rectify both issues. I asked them for an email confirmation regarding the same, which I havent received yet. I'm being constantly asked to pay the overdue Oct invoice, but I'm not willing to pay unless I get a written confirmation for the same.
I must state that their customer service is really pathetic. I hope this reaches to thier management team as well.

β β β β β Don't use this application it has a lot of issues and bugs, I receive at least 4 parking invoices from city office that I didn't pay for parking but actually I paid them through this application and I need to make an objection which takes a lot of effort to call them and it takes 8 weeks to make decision, sometimes also you don't get your money back...Some times also it shows wrong locations and it automatically start session for 1 day in locations that you even get close there. if there was less start I'd give it to this application. ?

β β β β β Do not use this service! Without any hesitation the absolute worst customer experience of my life! Their system fails, you pay the price and getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone! Their customer service team are next to useless, no decision makers available to speak to, no empathy, no care for the customer. Avoid at all costs, it may be a useful service (when it works) but this company does not deserve to succeed!

β β β β β More than one time this app has been unable to start a parking session displaying errors. The last time this error costed me to have to pay 30β¬. I contacted the support (Netherlands) by email 15 weeks ago, and still have no reply.
