I would suggest using the website for comparing different parking spots in your desired area.

Apparently this wasn't a surprize for them, so they just gave me a ticket for driving out on my return day. Better use the website of the airport directly to book parking, or just don't book at all. The price will be the same.

Came at the parking spot at 4:00AM, a friendly man was waiting for me to shuttle me to the Airport. they dropped me at de Depart as scheduled. Upon return arrival i called the service as instructed, the arranged a meeting point, picked me up and brought me to my car. Excellent service, great value. This is btw a real customer, not a bot. Will use again if i fly Dusseldorf
A	ANDREA PISU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 80 euros for 4 days to keep the car in an uncover spot that is not a little money, I expected everything to go smooth and comfortable as in every parking I went before here in the Netherlands but.... I went there and there was not any customer service nor any clear board to understand what I should have done once arrived.... I went to a kind of ticket machine and I started to fill up all the data requested, at the end of the procedure a ticket with a square code had been released, at that time I thought it was enough for the bar opening and to catch the shuttle to the airport, but after parking, when I step in to the shuttle, I was given to seat in the entrance step of the bus (yes !!!) because there were not seats enough and I've been asked in very rude way by the driver if I had the "other sheet" to board in to the bus, when I told him I was not aware about any more sheet, he was very rude with me in front of the other customers and he literally thrown me out of the bus as I was a clandestine, without to give me any other information. This treatment was very rude, he made me feel very uncomfortable, I will not use this parking again, never ever, nor I suggest to any other to use it.
E	E Lubbers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and safe parking site. The driver was very helpfull and in 8 minutes you are at the airport! The pick up was good aswell.

However while I dropped of the car the lady at the desk was very.. very short to her customers calling her to indicate the fact that they had landed and wanted to pick up their cars. We even joked a bit about it. Once I had landed back at Dusseldorf airport I now was one of those customers, and indeed she was short and rude to me, like I experienced when dropping of the car. The car was clean but not fully charged, like we agreed and what I paid for. This meant I had to fast-charge along the way home, which costed me extra. On top of that they had played with the settings of my car which was now in German. Why would they do that? Not to be recommended.!
A	ALI FARNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never , never go again ! They drive your car out of the parking area! If you have an expensive car , be very careful ! I took picture from my car at the time of departure . One week later i check and see that they drove my Mercedes for 10 kilometres! You can see the pictures!!!! Very strange . The personal told me sometimes we might take your car to another parking nearby because we don't have enough space ! Thats totally a lie. They dint find any evidence or document related to another parking, even didn't tell me the location of the other fake parking ! They don't have permission to drive my the cars out of that area . Nothing was written in the contract or website and no one told me . Completely untrusted! We were very tired of flight otherwise I could call the police and pursue this fraud.
s	soumya prakash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience with Parkos. We requested for Valet parking from Schiphol. The team was very friendly and prompt. They received the car with a detailed check. On our return we called them after collecting our luggage and barely had to wait 2-3 minutes for receive the car. The car was exact condition as it was handed over to them. Also, for a month for this service we paid 140 Euros which compared to the public transport travelling stress with luggage was worth every penny. Definitely will use this service in future for all our long term travels.
