b	brivink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn ervaring, met Dijk en Duin op bovenstaand adres is, dat als je door omstandigheden met psychiatrie te maken krijgt,al een hele ervaring op zich,vind ik, de nieuwe locatie,zeer gemotiveerd, personeel,en meedenkende begripvolle artsen,men doet er echt alles aan om het verblijf, behandeling,zo aangenaam mogelijk te laten verlopen. Als ik nu terug kijk,kan ik deze ervaring met vier sterren beoordelen,ik heb persoonlijk niet een behandeling ondergaan,maar was wel bijna dagelijks aanwezig,bij iemand die was opgenomen. Petje af, voor personeel Dijk en Duin,Oude Parklaan Castricum. Deze mensen stonden altijd voor ons klaar,en nog als het nodig mocht zijn! Dank jullie allen. Brigitte My experience, with Dijk en Duin at the above address, is that if you have psychiatric conditions has to deal with, quite an experience in itself, I think, the new location, very motivated, staff, and thinking-minded doctors, they really do everything to make the stay, treatment, as pleasant as possible. Looking back now, I can rate this experience with four stars, I personally have not undergone treatment, but was present almost daily with someone who was admitted. Hats off, for Dijk and Duin staff, Oude Parklaan Castricum. These people were always there for us, and if needed! Thank you all. Brigitte
H	Henk Mulder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een absolute verschrikking daar. Gebouwen zijn erg oud en slecht onderhouden en overal zie je beschadigingen. Als je binnenkomt krijg het 'One flew over the Cuckoo's nest' gevoel. Sombere omgeving met veel geschreeuw en andere herrie door andere patienten. Er is niet aan te ontkomen. Mijn moeder zat op de gesloten afdeling (Westlinge). Toen ze mij haar kamer liet zien, zag ik dat 1 van de 4 stopcontacten op haar kamer volledig was vernield. Je kon met de blote hand zo de electra draden vastpakken. Absurd en dat op een gesloten afdeling. Er wordt amper schoongemaakt. De stofnesten vliegen in het rond. Het linoleum op de grond was bezaaid met brandplekken van sigaretten. Medicijnen worden regelmatig veel en veel te laat verstrekt, zonder opgave van redenen. Hierdoor moet de patient wakker blijven en wachten. Dit gaat ten koste van de broodnodige rust. Personeel is voor een groot deel erg aardig (sommigen zijn gewoon onbeschoft en doen alsof elke patient een kasplant is) maar is ongemotiveerd omdat ze het veel en veel te druk hebben. Onderbezetting is duidelijk. Het is een farce om te denken dat een patient met geestelijke problemen in die omgeving 'bij kan trekken'. Enorm rumoerig, onrustig, smerig en ongemotiveerd personeel. It is an absolute horror there. Buildings are very old and poorly maintained and you see damage everywhere. When you enter you get the 'One flew over the Cuckoo's nest' feeling. Gloomy environment with lots of yelling and different noise from other patients. There is no escaping it. My mother was in the closed ward (Westlinge). When she showed me her room, I saw that 1 of the 4 sockets in her room was completely destroyed. You could grasp the electrical wires with your bare hand. Absurd and that in a closed department. There is hardly any cleaning. The dust nests are flying around. The linoleum on the floor was littered with cigarette burns. Medications are regularly and far too late, without giving reasons. This means the patient must stay awake and wait. This is at the expense of much needed rest. Staff is to a large extent very nice (some are just rude and pretend that every patient is a greenhouse plant) but is unmotivated because they are far too busy. Understaffing is obvious. It is a farce to think that a patient with mental problems in that environment can 'pull in'. Extremely noisy, restless, nasty and unmotivated staff.

Beautiful grounds, beautiful new buildings, and the Fact team (ambulatory guidance in the home situation) gets a 10 with a graffel, because: genuine, professional, supportive.

Ik heb ook 2 dagen niet gegeten, hoeft dus ook niet, ze willen me gewoon weg hebben, dus laat me gaan!” Stuur me anders naar de vorige kliniek! “I've been here for a few weeks now while things are going well and nothing happens here, they don't care how you are, they don't come to check, they don't keep their own agreements, only if you do something, they come so as not to get a bad name. I also didn't eat for 2 days, so I don't have to, they just want me gone, so let me go!" Otherwise, send me to the previous clinic!
