Fijne opvang! Leidsters zijn lief en locatiemanager altijd bereikbaar voor overleg.

Superleuke opvang. Wij zijn al 6 jaar lang zeer tevreden! Ik herken die negatieve verhalen helemaal niet. Er is altijd superveel aandacht voor de kinderen. De leidsters zijn toppers!

Mijn twee zonen hebben op deze kinderopvang gezeten. Ik schrik van de negatieve reviews. Ik heb de opvang juist als heel prettig ervaren. Ik was ontevreden over een andere opvang en heb toen besloten over te stappen naar Smallsteps Christoffel. Ik ben heel blij met deze beslissing. De leidsters zijn aardig en betrokken. Ik waardeer hun inzet enorm, zeker in deze tijd van krapte qua bezetting en werkdruk. Om de week zijn er warme maaltijden. Er worden leuke en leerzame activiteiten gedaan. Het zou leuk zijn als de biologische soepen bij de broodmaaltijd terug zouden komen! Mocht er ooit nog een derde kind bij komen.... Dan zien jullie ons terug:)

Breng je kind nooit hier naar toe. 1 grote poppenkast doen of alles mooi is maar helaas achter gesloten deuren is het vreselijk. Ze laten je kind extreem lang slapen hebben commentaar op je manier van opvoeding. En helaas hebben hun geen horizontale groepen waardoor je baby in een verdomd hoekje komt. En helaas luistert de locatiemanager ook niet als je een klacht hebt Erg jammer dat ik het te laat heb ingezien en mij zoontje te lang daar heb gehouden. Zeker niet aan te raden.

Heeeeeeeele slechte kinderopvang!!! Mijn kind heeft hier 1 jaar gezeten, je mag geen extra dagen opnemen, ieder dag invalkrachten geen warme maaltijden, ouderapp word niet bijgewerkt overdracht krijg je vaak niet mee, je krijgt je kind mee met een volle luier en een snotten gezicht leidsters zijn hier heel laax kinderen moeten hier leven van brood en crackers! Heel slecht georiënteerd!! Ben blij dat ik hem hier vanaf heb gehaald dit is het slechtste kinderopvang ooit!

I can't recommend this place to anyone. - They have a huge staff turnover. During the summer there were many temporary employees who comes and goes to different locations. So they don't really care about what is going on in the group. Sometimes we saw new faces every day. - There is no quality control. Nannies can do whatever they want and have zero responsibility. For one month there were four cases when I picked up my son after a day with multiple bruises on his forehead. Nannies couldn't explain how did it happened and nobody saw anything. - Almost every day we heard kids crying in the bedrooms. I suspect that they keep them there for a very long time. One nanny suggested that our kid got bruises while he was in bed. It hurts to me to think how painful it must be for him to be alone in his bed where no one is responding while he is banging his head into wooden bars. - Sometimes we saw that there is only one person in the group with 6 or more kids. Second person could have her smoking break, lunch or just be late for a work. - No airconditioning and no plans to install it. During the summer there was +28 in the groups. Children were staying in the corridor because it was literally not possible to stay in the groups. When I asked for explanation, I got a reply that  "Dutch law does not have a maximum about degrees in kindergartens".  In July all parents got email with suggestion to keep their children at home during heatwave. We had to terminate contract and urgently search for new kindergarten because all conversations with nannies and local manager didn't give any improvements. Moreover, we sent a complaint to head office 35 days ago and still didn't receive any official reaction.

I feel very positive and pleasant about Smallsteps Christoffel. Compared to other daycares in the neighborhood. I have to say that smallsteps has the best infrastructure with airy classroom, organized hallway and large outdoor space. The manager is very easy-going and helpful to solve the discussed issues. The teachers are very communicative and involved in fun education, such as painting, creating little toys, and so on. Sometimes, the daycare arranges these exciting activities for the kids. The kids love these activities.
