β β β β β Zeer slecht bereikbaar en constant moet je zelf maar mailen om antwoord te krijgen. Je kunt zien waar het geld blijft hangen. De leidsters zijn okΓ©, maar het was voor de overname vele malen beter toen het nog het kindercentrum was. Raad smallsteps echt dan ook niet aan, er zijn vele leukere plekken. Het is dat mijn zoontje over maandje naar school gaat, anders was ik allang weggelopen.
 Very difficult to reach and you constantly have to e-mail yourself to get an answer. You can see where the money is stuck. The teachers are okay, but it was much better before the takeover when it was still the children's center. Really do not recommend small steps, there are many nicer places. It is that my son goes to school in a month, otherwise I would have run away already.

β β β β β We hebben sinds 3,5 onze oudste op dit kinderdagverblijf en nu ook de jongste twee. Erg prettig stabiel team van medewerkers met een persoonlijke benadering. Ook de locatiemanager is regelmatig aanwezig en reageert vlot op vragen/verzoeken. De lokalen zijn recentelijk gemoderniseerd en passen nu weer bij de professionaliteit en kwaliteit van de kinderopvang.
Je ontvangt als ouder dagelijks berichtjes en foto's in de app over de kinderen. Ze werken met thema's die mee gaan met de seizoenen en feestdagen. Het is een verticale groep, maar met de oudere kinderen worden regelmatig meer uitdagende activiteiten gedaan. De samenwerking met de school wordt elk jaar sterker, waardoor kinderen vertrouwt raken met de school.
We have had our oldest at this nursery since 3.5 and now also the youngest two. Very pleasant stable team of employees with a personal approach. The location manager is also regularly present and responds quickly to questions/requests. The classrooms have recently been modernized and are now back in line with the professionalism and quality of childcare.
As a parent, you receive daily messages and photos in the app about the children. They work with themes that go with the seasons and holidays. It is a vertical group, but more challenging activities are regularly done with the older children. The cooperation with the school becomes stronger every year, so that children become familiar with the school.
