★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goede service. smorgens bellen en in de loop van de ochtend was de monteur er. Heb miele machine en ongeveer 16 jaar oud ik dacht dat wordt een nieuwe. Maar nee hoor monteur vond euvel snel en met half uur was machine gemaakt voor een prijs die goed overeenkomt met wat machine nog waard is.
Echt een top bedrijf met jaren ervaring. Nooit teleur gesteld geweest.
 Very good service. Call in the morning and the mechanic was there in the morning. Have miele machine and about 16 years old I thought it will be a new one. But no, the mechanic found the problem quickly and with half an hour the machine was made for a price that corresponds well with what the machine is still worth.
Truly a top company with years of experience. Never been disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte klantenservice wat niet eens een service te noemen is. Bedrijf wil zich niet aan het retourbeleid houden. Ga bijvoorbeeld naar fix part, daar hebben wij betere ervaring mee.
Daarnaast is beekman, partsnl en andere dochterondernemingen minimaal 15% duurder dan de concurrent.
Poor customer service which is not even called a service. Company does not want to adhere to the return policy. For example, go to fix part, we have better experience with that.
In addition, brookman, partsnl and other subsidiaries are at least 15% more expensive than the competitor.

Wachten op de wasmachine die gerepareerd moest worden 4 weken. Na de 4 keer bellen
En gezegd te hebben breng maar terug. Is hij gemaakt.
Maar moeten wij wel op komen halen omdat ze corona hebben.
