Kever onderdelen nodig 1 site Paruzzi! doe zo voort!
 All parts packed super and very carefully, so far no problems with them. A part has never been missing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfecte klachtenafhandeling. Tijdens de montage ging een onderdeel kapot dat niet kapot had mogen gaan. Nadat ik hierover een mail had gestuurd kreeg ik een retourticket en enkele dagen nadat ik het defecte product retour had gezonden een nieuwe!
Perfect complaint handling. During assembly a part broke that should not have broken. After I had sent an email about this, I received a return ticket and a few days after I had returned the defective product a new one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy customer service that doesn't want to recognize legitimate customer complaint. I have oredered a wrong item due to faulty description on Paruzzi website, and they offered to replace the item but providing that I bear the shipping expense :-(
That would have been OK provided if I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, but that was not the case - the culprit was entirely lousy item description on Paruzzi website.
One would believe that companies don't want to lose customers over a few euros worth of shipping expense, but Paruzzi obviously doesn't care... I guess that Werk34 just gained a new customer...
Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering, product and processing superb. I would however rethink using UPS as it has taken them over a month to deliver in South Africa. Incorrect address and contact details captured, almost abandoning the package (I had to call constantly to track and correct), wrong house delivery etc. Taken over a month to receive the part from date of order. Very very happy with the product.
