The man even claimed he could give me a 100% guarantee of approval at the U.S. Embassy with his foto. The digital foto was directly uploaded to the website of the U.S. Embassy and they would approve this picture within a minute. The girl from the U.S. Embassy even graded the picture on paper as very good. But that's no wonder with the equipment in this studio, they seem to be using the newest technology for passport photos and printing. This 100% guaranteed approval is very nice .

So I returned it after a couple of days without opening the package. He refused to take it back claiming there is damage while there wasn't any. I said I will call the police. He returned the money with a horrible behaviour and told me you do not come back to my shop. I have informed all of my friends to not to go to this place. P.S. I see the response of the owner here below. He just called me saying he does not remember me. He also invited me for a coffee to talk. but then here claiming that I have never been there!!! I think this is an dishonest way of business. The correct way is to say we do not remember this incident if that's really the case.

The format of the photos was very unorthodox, they had to be cut to size by hand, which the photographer did without hesitation and with care. Lovely store and a very nice owner! 10/10 would recommend.

Today I asked for an unusual passport size photo (Indian stamp size) which was not in the computer system, but the shop owner took the time to modify my picture's size on the computer for me. In every step, he provided great attention to my convenience, for example in arranging the pictures on the sheet so that they are easy to cut. This was my third time at this store, and I have been equally happy each time!

But had it not been for the owner of the shop I wouldn't have gotten my Singaporean and Malaysian visa for an urgent visit. The service is prompt, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Besides, the photo quality is so good that I use my professional pic even for personal use. Highly recommended!
