★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to make an appointment for drivers license photo, got one for an hour later as I requested, great, good quality and professional service and very quick. The price was also reasonable (12 euros for 6 printed photos for drivers license)

I have visited on a Saturday as in walk in. I have been delivered photo immediately but one should consider going with appointment because there were people outside waiting for their turn. That overall experience felt like a bit of rush.
The bad ratings are for inconvenience about following up for the invoice. I have paid in cash as it was demanded, I was not provided immediate invoice and it was said to be provided on Monday. But when I had followed up for it I was provided a backdated receipt of some other transaction of same amount. Which is not good. I have been given an invoice without customer name on it. If I am paying you in cash my receipt should also mention paid as cash and it should be of same date when I paid, I think it is reasonable ask to demand as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really obnoxious attitude of the staff there. Mafia way of customer service. Not internationally friendly and very impatient. I don't recommend them at all.
And if you check the reviews, most people pointed out that they are not the friendly kind. I was received really poorly. The owner talked to me as if I owed him hundreds of bucks. Plus their charges are ridiculously expensive for the poor work they deliver. If I would report them to some authorities, I would. Shame such kind of business is still running. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3mins waiting, 2 mins taking passport photos and 2 mins to print the photos...was super quick! 13 euro was worthy to enjoy that swift process! The photographer was kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to take passport pictures for my 1 year old. Everything went great. Once the pictures were printed I realized my son's shirt wasn't straight.
He was kind enough to take the time to re-do the pictures ?
Excellent prints, super professional.
I highly recommend ????
