★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely skeptical when I signed up for my first session, but equally as open minded to the possibility that I may benefit from it in any way.
Early on in my sessions, I told my Luciana that I always considered myself to be pretty self aware and I didn't really know how she was going to be able to help. I had no idea just how far she would help me come in my journey, or how much awareness she would help me uncover.
Luciana has exceeded any expectations I could have had. Our sessions aren't always easy or comfortable, but I'm learning that progress often is not found in either of those things.
