★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nose pierced here and am generally happy with the experience and result. The wound is healing very nicely and it's barely been red. Bert (I believe is his name) was a nice man and makes you feel at ease, however the information given is very limited. You sit down, he disinfects and dots the area for the piericing. You give approval and he pierces you. No explanation of the proces, count down, or asking if you are ready. Afterwards he explains the aftercare verbally, you go out of the backroom and pay. No flyer of paper with the aftercare information nor is it mentioned on the website.
If more information was given, it would be a 5/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got three cartilage piercings, all crooked and infected. Got a fever and a swollen lymph node 2 days after the piercing. All three piercings got pus and were hot and swollen in the first week. Had to remove one of them as it was embedding in my skin and now I'm battling the infection with antibiotics from the gp.
When I went to see them to ask for help, he just pulled at piercings, cleaned them with some desinfectant, and told me they were perfectly fine and not infected (despite me being in agonizing pain). Hard to communicate with and doesn't seem very helpful.
I don't understand the other reviews.
