K	Kaatje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De service is echt achteruit gegaan. Ik vraag aan een verkoopster of een bepaalde jurk in een andere kleur beschikbaar is (op de website gezien) "nee, alleen in zwart". Vervolgens vind ik de jurk in 3 kleuren op de rekjes. Ik vraag naar maat M en L om te passen. Na enige tijd wachten, zie ik de verkoopster rondlopen aan de telefoon. Een andere verkoopster vraagt of ze kan helpen. Ik zeg "die mevrouw was met mij bezig, tenminste dat dacht ik" antwoord "ze is nu aan de telefoon". Ik heb altijd geleerd dat de klant in de winkel voorrang heeft op de telefoon. Uiteindelijk worden toch de gevraagde jurken gehaald. Bij het passen blijkt het een XL te zijn, ik verdrink in de jurk. Ik zeg er wat van "u vroeg 40/42, dat is XL". Niet dus. Ik heb niets meer gezegd en ben vertrokken. Vroeger kwam ik van Pastelle thuis met miskopen, het was altijd "staat béeldig", nu kom ik thuis met een kater gevoel van de slechte service. Dit was de laatste keer. The service has really gone downhill. I ask a saleswoman if a certain dress is available in a different color (seen on the website) "no, only in black". Then I find the dress in 3 colors on the racks. I ask for size M and L to fit. After waiting for some time, I see the saleswoman walking around on the phone. Another saleswoman asks if she can help. I say "that lady was busy with me, at least that's what I thought" answer "she's on the phone now". I've always learned that the customer in the store has priority over the phone. In the end, the requested dresses are obtained. When trying on it turns out to be an XL, I drown in the dress. I say something like "you asked 40/42, that's XL". Not so. I said nothing more and left. I used to come home from Pastelle with bad buys, it was always "beautiful", now I come home with a hangover feeling from the bad service. This was the last time.
