★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patrick van Houtum is als ZZP'er door Kwantum ingeschakeld om onze open trap te stofferen. Helaas is het resultaat bedroevend en moet de gehele stoffering worden verwijderd (o.a. zichtbare lijmresten, naden laten los, stoffering sluit niet aan). Ook is er tijdens het stofferen schade ontstaan aan houten delen van de trap (krassen en happen uit trapwangen en binnenboom). Voordat door een andere partij opnieuw stoffering wordt aangebracht, moet de trap door een schilder worden hersteld. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende en tijdrovende gang van zaken.
 Patrick van Houtum was engaged by Kwantum as a freelancer to furnish our open staircase. Unfortunately, the result is deplorable and the entire upholstery has to be removed (including visible glue residues, seams are coming loose, upholstery does not fit). There was also damage to wooden parts of the stairs during the upholstering (scratches and bites from stair cheeks and inner tree). Before reupholstering by another party, the staircase must be repaired by a painter. All in all, a very disappointing and time-consuming process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patrick heeft bij ons 2 trappen bekleed. Vakkundig te werk gegaan, goede kwaliteit tapijt en erg mooi gelegd. Wij zijn er heel blij mee!
Patrick has covered 2 flights of stairs for us. Professionally done, good quality carpet and very nicely laid. We are very happy with it!
