M	Marcel Weeda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gunstige ligging en erg authentiek. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater. Wel rommelig met verouderde inrichting, muffe lucht en niet zo schoon. Slechte bedden. Heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. Convenient location and very authentic. Very friendly manager. Cluttered with outdated furnishings, stale air and not that clean. Bad beds. Needs a revamp.
R	Ronald L'Abee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op deze rustige locatie hebben we een overnachting gehad. Alles is aanwezig in deze grote soort van woonkeuken met 2 grote slaapkamers op de zolder. Beide slaapkamers zijn vzv badkamer met toilet. Buiten lopen de koeien in de wei. Ganzen en klein wild op het erf. Hier is het af en toe uitkijken waar je loopt, want ganzen laten het nodige vallen. Geen luxe hier, maar een prima locatie als uitvalsbasis naar Vaals, Vijlen of Aken. We had an overnight stay at this quiet location. Everything is present in this large type of kitchen with 2 large bedrooms in the attic. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with toilet. Outside the cows are in the meadow. Geese and small game in the yard. Here is the occasional look where you walk, because geese drop the necessary. No luxury here, but a great location as a base to Vaals, Vijlen or Aachen.

Beetje gedateerd binnen, maar al met al 5 dagen heerlijk genoten. Beautiful location, super nice landlord. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. A bit dated inside, but all in all, enjoyed 5 days.
S	Stephan Linders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ erg leuke plek. we hadden een ontzettend groot appartement,het lijkt wel een huis ? en een heel leuke aardige eigenaar altijd in voor een praatje. wij houden wel van zulke vakantie, gewoon zoals het leven is, geen nep of poespas, de omgeving is fantasties very nice place. we had a very large apartment, it looks like a house ? and a very nice nice owner always up for a chat. we love such a holiday, just as life is, no fake or fuss, the environment is fantastic

Mooie houten balken brengen de nostalgische waarde goed tot zijn recht. Wij zijn al diverse keren hier geweest en telkens valt er weer wat te beleven. Mooi uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op de eerste verdieping. Mooie omgeving om de natuur te verkennen, wandelen of fietsen is een pre. Wil je verder weg? Geen probleem. Bushalte voor de deur. Alle richtingen van hier mogelijk. Of pak de auto. Vaals centrum, Aken, Luik, Maastricht, Valkenburg aan de Geul zijn maar een paar voorbeelden. Kom ook genieten van de gastvrijheid van Paul Nicolaye en kom het zelf ondervinden. Voor luxe is het wat minder maar voor de rest een aanrader waard. It is an old converted farmhouse. The old farm has been converted and divided into several apartments. Beautiful wooden beams bring out the nostalgic value. We have been here several times and there is always something to experience. Nice view from our room on the first floor. Beautiful area to explore nature, walking or cycling is a plus. Do you want to go further away? No problem. Bus stop in front of the door. All directions from here possible. Or take the car. Vaals center, Aachen, Liège, Maastricht, Valkenburg aan de Geul are just a few examples. Come and enjoy the hospitality of Paul Nicolaye and experience it for yourself. For luxury it is a little less but for the rest worth a recommendation.

Ik heb verbleven in de cosy room, een studio appartement met eigen keukenblok en douche. Ik had een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels en weilanden in de omgeving. Ik heb hier met veel plezier verbleven en zou het zeker aanraden! Very friendly and helpful owner. The apartment was clean and tidy and nicely furnished. I stayed in the cozy room, a studio apartment with its own kitchenette and shower. I had a beautiful view of the hills and meadows in the area. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it!
