★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HELE SLECHTE ERVARING. Ik had een afspraak en ik was een kwartier later vanwege een verkeerde afslag... Dit had ik netjes doorgegeven. Ze vertelde me dat ik de volgende dag terecht kon om 10:00 of om 15:30. Ik vond het jammer maar respecteerde het. Uiteindelijk toch besloten om de volgende dag om 10:00 te komen. Ik keerde om richting den haag. Uit het niets kreeg ik weer een berichtje dat ik nu kan komen. Opnieuw weer richting rotterdam gereden. Toen ik aankwam om 15:05 kreeg ik een berichtje dat ik super laat was en de afspraak niet door kan gaan. SUPER ONPROFFESIONEEL. Ze reageerde niet meer op mijn berichten terwijl ik van te voren heb betaald via de treatwell app!!!
 VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had an appointment and I was fifteen minutes later because of a wrong turn ... I had passed this on properly. She told me I could go the next day at 10:00 or 3:30. I was sorry but respected it. Finally decided to come the next day at 10:00. I turned in the direction of the hague. Out of nowhere I got another message that I can come now. Again drove towards rotterdam. When I arrived at 3:05 PM I got a message that I was super late and the appointment cannot take place. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. She stopped responding to my messages while I paid in advance through the treatwell app !!!
