Hi, I’m Pauline and I’m a global citizen. I’m originally from The Netherlands, I grew up and lived in seven different countries and I worked on four continents. I have a passion for languages and different cultures and adapt easily to each situation I find myself in. This makes me very flexible in my connections and communications. I feel at my best when surrounded by different kinds of people, where each individual person stands out as a unique, beautiful, powerful human being. Not competing, but complementing each other.

I’m on a mission to support other expats to make the most of their overseas adventures. Each transition is a new beginning, and yet we bring a ton of knowledge and experience with us on each move. I help my clients tap into this wisdom so they can live with confidence and focus. I believe beautiful things happen when we dare to be authentic and vulnerable, which to me are the most powerful elements of personal leadership. By being true to who we really are, we inspire others to do the same and we can not make a mistake.

As a coach, I want to empower people, both individuals and teams, so they can thrive being who they are meant to be. I partner with my clients to uncover their strengths and their needs. Supporting them to really understand and get to know themselves, step into their light, resulting in greater achievements, more fulfillment and deeper connections with themselves and the people around them.
