Paviljoen de Oostvaarders is goed bereikbaar vanaf de A6 (afslag 8 De Oostvaarders) of vanaf NS-station De Oostvaarders in Almere-Buiten. Vanuit het station noordwaarts de houten markeringen volgen. Al lopende, zo’n 2,5 km, lees je een introductie over het natuurgebied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is tempting to give a 4 or 5 star review, because of the nice location. But disregarding the location, it is simply an OK place; not bad, but also nothing special. One thing they could improve for example is decent furniture for outside.

For the entirety of my stay, he has been wearing his facemask on his chin/neck instead of covering his mouth and nose. His far younger staff seems to know how to wear one. Sad to see you have to explain to and adult how to wear one after years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a coffee and cake. From the photos we thought the place is on the top floor, but it’s actually on the ground floor looking out on the water. The service is very friendly, and the food is good. Definitely recommended to go up and use the binoculars to watch the view and animals.
