★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After requesting for some advice through their CS, I received a reply.
I answered to this reply asking for further information so that I could finalize my order (bear in mind, the CS agent asked to provide measurements so that they could provide me with a quote, so they were expecting me to reply). Almost a week later and no reply, I contact CS through chat and I am told that they will prioritize my case and I should receive a reply on the same day.
They also tell me on the chat that I should request a free measuring service, which I already did in the past and got a negative reply. But nevertheless they insist and tell me I should request it because they are providing this service. So I request it again, and surprise surprise, I get a negative reply again saying that at the moment they are not providing this service due to the amount of orders.
I am really considering buying my curtains somewhere else since they seem unresponsive and there are quite some negative reviews lately.
UPDATE After reply from PAX Raamdecoratie
They never proactively contacted me, I was the one initiating the contacts all the time, both through email, chat or phone (I had to wait for 25 minutes to have an available representative).
I did not receive any contact from you, after the first reply to my advice request email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered 4 shutters, one of them had wrong measures, parts where missing like the remote controller and the plafond clips. After more than 1 month, I am still waiting for the missing parts. I cannot recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered my curtains almost 2 months ago. Fair enough there is corona and Brexit and they mention on the website that there will be SOME delays but they are still striving to make the production in 10 working days. After one month of waiting and zero communication from them, I had to email the client service myself to inquire about the status of my order. How about some proactivity to keep me updated? So much time passed, money paid and who knows if I'll ever receive my order. Needless to mention that I'm not ordering anything with them ever again. They should learn about managing their clients expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good experience! had to contact customer service to adjust curtain width. They were responsive and very friendly. Delivery took some time but they kept me informed of the progress. Curtain arrived nicely packaged. Prices are hard to beat. Happy with my purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 7 sunblinds, 5 of which arrived with damages (scratches). For 2 sunblinds, these scratches were highly visible. Requested repair/replacement within 9 days, but no solution after 6 months of complaining (keep referring to 'their department' for a response, but it never comes). Quality is decent (not great), hence still 2 stars instead of 1.
