★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GEEN tickets kopen via Paylogic! Zeer slecht. Niet bereikbaar, niet telefonisch en niet via de chat. Op mijn mail pas na het evenement gereageert! Belachelijk. Koop nooit weer tickets via Paylogic en zou het niemand aanraden
 DO NOT buy tickets through Paylogic! Very bad. Not available, not by phone and not via chat. Didn't respond to my email until after the event! Ridiculous. Never buy tickets through Paylogic again and would not recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetje rare organisatie, hebben geen telefoonnummer waarop je ze kan bereiken. Dan wordt je via een chat geholpen waarbij een wachtrij van ongeveer 30 min is.
Wou graag mijn tickets gerefunded hebben, de refund aangevraagd op 9 augustus en zou voor 1 oktober worden overgemaakt. Op 1 okt nog niks dus contact opgenomen, vervolgens geven ze aan dat het nog een maand kan duren. Later op de dag krijg ik een mail dat de refund is geregeld en dat het binnen 10 dagen wordt overgemaakt. Oftewel je moet er zelf na anderhalve maand alsnog achteraan.

Bit of a strange organization, they don't have a phone number where you can reach them. Then you will be helped via a chat where there is a queue of about 30 minutes.
Would like to have my tickets refunded, requested the refund on August 9th and would be transferred before October 1. Nothing yet on October 1, so I contacted them, then they indicate that it can take another month. Later in the day I receive an email that the refund has been arranged and that it will be transferred within 10 days. In other words, you still have to follow up after a month and a half.
