Was told that fixing them would be €140 each... this was in both cases more than the original price of the hard drive. Went to another place where they ordered 2 new cases, and replaced the cases very easily, didn’t cost me more than €70 in total... So not sure what the prices at this place are based upon...
A	Alexander Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what to think of this shop. I came in to have someone look at my laptop and the staff seemed annoyed from the moment I walked in. I'm coming into your store because I would like to give you money, why do I feel like I am unwelcome? Anyway they explained that running diagnostics would cost €65 upfront but if I used them for the repair afterwards, the 65 would come out of the repair cost making that portion free. So I ask for an estimate of the repair cost and of course they say that depends. I ask what's normally wrong in these situations, they can't say. I ask what's the price of a faulty chip vs a faulty motherboard, they can't say. I ask what other people normally have to pay, they still can't give an estimate. The only number they give me is that if the motherboard can't be repaired then a new one would be about €600. I just ready get the impression that they were only after my money and didn't want to actually help. I took my laptop down the road and got a Free diagnostic check from Repair4All. A new motherboard there is also only €350 so there's another huge price difference. I can't judge this store's services so I won't give them a lower rating. And the rest of the reviews seem fine so maybe I was just the unlucky one to come in while the staff were in a bad mood. That being said, I got a bad feeling about the place from the moment I walked from the employee's attitude and his insistence that I must pay just for the diagnostic, followed by a cost that he refused to give any estimate for. I experienced very bad service here.

They found out it had a motherboard hardware problem. Their honest advice for the repair and replacement helped me tremendously and now my computer is back to normal. g	guy helman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! Might be ok for some very simple fix but definitely not when you need a professional technician for your computer. They charged me an outrageous price for a fix that was based on a wrong diagnosis. When i asked for a solution or a refund they basically stop answering my calls and mails. Its seems that Pc Refresh gets pretty good reviews here , but i whould suggest that you check the reviews on this place also in Trustpilot.com, than you will get the truth about pc refresh. Horrible business :(
