★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte en langzame customer service. Na meerdere malen onze nieuwe pallet weegschaal terug gestuurd te hebben is hij nog steeds kapot. Uiteindelijk gekozen voor een leverancier met betere service en we hebben nu een goede palletweegschaal.
 Bad and slow customer service. After returning our new pallet scale several times, it is still broken. In the end we chose a supplier with better service and we now have a good pallet scale.

Wij vinden het jammer om te lezen dat je onze klantenservice als niet-prettig hebt ervaren.
Wij hebben onze uiterste best gedaan om jullie tegemoet te komen, nadat jullie ons ruim twee jaar na aanschaf van de desbetreffende palletweegschaal hebben gemeld dat de accu vanaf aanschaf niet goed zou werken.
Er is aangeboden om de oude palletweegschaal uit 2018 met een flinke inruilkorting bij ons in te ruilen voor een nieuw exemplaar.
Uiteraard vinden wij het jammer dat wij jullie niet verder hebben kunnen helpen aangaande de palletweegschaal.

Dear Sigo,
We are sorry to read that you did not find our customer service pleasant.
We have done our utmost to accommodate you, after you informed us more than two years after purchasing the pallet scale in question that the battery would not work properly from the moment of purchase.
An offer has been made to exchange the old pallet scale from 2018 with us for a new one with a considerable trade-in discount.
Of course we are sorry that we were unable to help you further with regard to the pallet scale.
