Hello Yogi,
Let me introduce myself: I am a yoga teacher specialized in hatha, pregnancy and postnatal yoga.
I teach private yoga classes in Maastricht and online. For more info about private pregnancy yoga classes, also check out the English part ‘zwangerschapsyoga’ on my website.
If you would like to follow group classes with me, I teach group classes at
Aruna Yoga Maastricht.
In Summer I occasionally organise outside yoga classes in Maastricht. These are in the gardens of Tuinzicht Lichtenberg in Heugem. A very unique and relaxing experience.
