★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier binnengelopen op zoek naar een zonnebril samen met mijn vriendin. Persoon achter de balie leek niet echt geinteresseerd om een bril te verkopen. Wij voelden ons niet erg welkom. Toch apart als je in een winkel komt om wellicht een bril te kopen. Misschien komt het door Corona.
 Walked in here looking for sunglasses with my girlfriend. Person behind the counter didn't seem really interested in selling glasses. We did not feel very welcome. Still special when you come to a store to perhaps buy glasses. Maybe it's because of Corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkele weken gelden leesbril aangeschaft (op afspraak) deze bleek bij thuiskomst net iets te sterk te zijn waardoor geen prettig aflezen computer scherm. Heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan, leesbril is na enkele vragen te hebben gesteld ingenomen tbv uitvoeren correctie beide glazen. Vandaag bril opgehaald, geen extra kosten (garantie). Bril inmiddels getest achter scherm, perfect.
Reading glasses were purchased a few weeks ago (by appointment), they turned out to be just a bit too strong when they arrived home, which made it difficult to read the computer screen. Was spoken to very kindly, reading glasses were taken after asking a few questions for the purpose of correcting both glasses. Picked up glasses today, no extra costs (guarantee). Glasses have now been tested behind the screen, perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to spend quite sometime in the store if you want a prescription glasses, even for a sunglasses takes so much time. I was there on a Saturday but I had to go back for the eye check appointment to get my glasses on Monday and I had to go through the process of getting my informations on the system all over again. After the exam I waited so long to get someone to even pay attention to me. I had everything picked out already, so it was supposed to be a quick thing. But nope. Another tip, if you only speak English, don’t come to this particular branch, they’re not very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here for the buy-1-get-3 promo. Good service, both the optician and the receptionist. Firstly, make sure that you've made an appointment. Also easily communicate in English. However, not so many frame variants available here. Overall, I have a good experience with this store.
