★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijke en snelle service. Vanmorgen gebeld met een vraag omtrent mijn lenzen. Deze bleken niet meer goed te zijn. De medewerkster heeft direct gekeken of ze nog op voorraad hadden en stuurt ze vandaag kosteloos naar mij op. En dat zonder hierna te vragen :).
Friendly and fast service. Called this morning with a question about my lenses. These turned out to be no longer good. The employee immediately checked whether they still had in stock and sends them to me free of charge today. And that without asking afterwards :).

De oogmeting, advies tijdens montuur uitzoeken en afstellen van de brillen bij ophalen, alles werd netjes en secuur uitgevoerd.
Wederom dus weer geheel naar wens geholpen. Fijn dat het personeel weet waar ze het over hebben en de klant centraal hebben staan.
Got to pick up two screen glasses today.
The eye test, choosing advice during the frame and adjusting the glasses when collecting, everything was done neatly and accurately.
So again, completely as desired. It's nice that the staff knows what they are talking about and that the customer comes first.
