★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slechte winkel!!! 2 arrogante mannen staan je argwanend aan te kijken als je binnen komt en toen ik vroeg of een bepaalde bril nog te verkrijgen was ging men met onfrisse tegenzin in de computer kijken en zei men vrijwel gelijk dat deze niet meer te krijgen is.
Ik in de auto en 125 km naar mijn oude vertrouwde filiaal in Naaldwijk gereden waar een warm behulpzaam gezin de winkel runt. Zo een verschil maar de rit meer dan waard! Hier nam men alle tijd om te kijken of de bril nog te krijgen was en bleek binnen 10 minuten dat deze nog volop te bestellen was!
Helaas woon ik niet meer in Naaldwijk maar in Veenendaal maar zal hier NOOIT MEER naar de Pearl gaan en raad hier Prummel aan!
What a bad store !!! 2 arrogant men look suspiciously at you when you come in and when I asked if a certain pair of glasses was still available, people started looking at the computer with unflinching reluctance and they almost immediately said that it is no longer available.
I drove in the car and 125 km to my old trusted branch in Naaldwijk where a warm and helpful family runs the store. Such a difference but well worth the drive! Here they took all the time to see if the glasses were still available and it appeared within 10 minutes that they could still be fully ordered!
Unfortunately I no longer live in Naaldwijk but in Veenendaal but will NEVER go to the Pearl here and recommend Prummel here!
