Bij mijn tamelijk nieuwe bril was een poot afgebroken, waarschijnlijk omdat de pootjes wat stroef open en dicht gingen. Ze hebben hun best gedaan om hetzelfde model bril te vinden, wat helaas niet lukte. Vervolgens hebben ze hun best gedaan om een nieuw model te vinden waar ik blij mee was. Deze hebben ze vlot inclusief nieuwe glazen geleverd en keurig afgesteld. Dat vind ik superservice!
Neat shop. Friendly staff who take the time to help you properly. One leg of my fairly new glasses had broken off, probably because the legs opened and closed a bit stiffly. They tried their best to find the same model of glasses, which unfortunately did not work. Then they tried their best to find a new model that I was happy with. They quickly delivered these including new glasses and adjusted them properly. I think that's super service!
