I made an order on July 27 to Peecho and accidentally forgot to fill out the shipping address so I reordered another issue. When emailing them about refunding the original purchase or canceling the new one, they kept putting off responding, making it so I could do neither. On top of that, When I asked about a refund for the one that had not shipped, they kept deterring me from the option, and said they could but it wouldn't include shipping prices. This was okay with me, as I just wanted a refund for the product. After about a month, I posted a review stating that the customer service was disorganized and issues that could be resolved were ignored, so that it caused problems for both parties. They insisted that: "Our customer service is excellent and we go the extra mile for customers that appreciate our service and acknowledge their own mistakes." and while bringing about the price of the refund (after about 20 days of ignoring the question), their response was: "The refund would be 20.48 USD. However, I am sorry to hear that you are not willing to reconsider your review....Therefore, we cannot go the extra mile and take the cost of your mistake as we usually do with our customers." and " Simply put, if you had not posted that review, you would have gotten the refund days ago." The whole time, they kept saying they would have refunded me, and avoided the questions I asked referring to the refund. When I brought it up to them, both privately and publicly, they insisted that they were doing a great job and it was entirely my mistake. I agree that I had made the initial mistake, and with that, I went to them as fast as I could, but they waited out any opportunity they had to resolve it. In the end, they ended up shipping my order to a friend of mine who had ordered the same thing as me - Which is not what I wanted and creates even more complications on my end. The person I was dealing with at Peecho is Maro Lazarou. I do not know if anyone else has had complications with anyone else, but ultimately, I don't want to give a bad rep to the entire company, as I also dealt with Ioanna and had no issues there.

After searching for and working with several on-demand printer services, we finally stumbled upon Peecho and after 3 years we still use them for printing books in all sizes. Of course, the good quality and price of their products and their api is the main reason for using them, but what I personally really like about Peecho as well is how they have the same youthful spirit as our own company and so the 'vibe' of the communication with their support and management is awesome (and helpful)!

Looks like a site with very good features for commercial on-demand printing, but I've been ordering as individual and I'm very satisfied. Very low threshold if you don't know anything about the technical side of printing, and the quality has been excellent. The two issues I've had, have been sorted very fast by customer care. Good quality photo print, nice customisable settings (including the spine) and no big logo of the company you print with - which you find in surprisingly many places. Maybe printing+delivery isn't the fastest, but still very reasonable.

Unreliable and very very expensive. I gotten prints that are ok but the last 3 times I ordered the quality was unacceptable. I do not recommend.

I loved working with Peecho! Fantastic experience. Outstanding Customer Service, care for the quality of the product: in case of problems with your files they'd get in touch with you to give advices and suggest what to do to fix the glitches. Highly recommended for people who do not have experience in printing, just create your file following their simple guidelines and upload with confidence. Another thing I love is how easy is to sell my publications. Extremely recommended!
