★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a jacket at this store, but when I was shopping further in the Westfield mall, I was approached by a really nice security guard of the Westfield Mall. He told me that I got accused of stealing an item. He searched through my shopping bag and saw that I had the receipt of my purchase. He took me back to the store just to be sure, but also did not understand the situation and did not understand why they accused me. The cashier who helped me at the pay desk acted like she had never seen me and still accused me of stealing (she literally helped me 10 minutes ago?), even tough she had my receipt in her hand. Later on, she called her manager to come. When her manager came, the customer service even got worse. He looked me up and down, and asked me where I had bought the jacket that I had been wearing for 3 years from. In this whole process they took my receipt without asking me, or even letting me know. When I left the store, I felt really humiliated. When I found out that my receipt was gone, my mood became even worse. I went back and returned the product immediately. I will not be interested in visiting and buying from this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a lot of different brands from which you can buy clothing in this shop. It's located in the most beautiful shopping centre / mall too! You can find all sorts of cheap and expensive, whatever you want in this shop. Really nice! It's basically my usual place to buy new clothing!
