Het geheel is centraal gelegen, heeft goede openbare verbinding met de A1 en de A27. Ondanks groot aantal stallen heb je door de grootte van het terrein niet snel het idee dat het druk is. Altijd ruim voldoende ruimte om te rijden. De buitenbak is meer een soort strand qua afmeting, maar dan met een perfecte bodem. De binnenbak is iets groter dan 20 x 40 en ook met een perfecte bodem. Ook de longeercirkels hebben een hele goede bodem. Wij staan hier inmiddels bijna 20 jaar en zijn zeer tevreden. Perfect accommodation in a top location near forest and heath.
