Pauline en Asheley denken met me mee en altijd weer loop ik tevreden de deur uit zonder dat er een aanslag op mijn portemonnee is gedaan The hair salon is small but cozy. Pauline and Asheley think along with me and I always leave the house satisfied without an attack on my wallet
h	hxo hxo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laatst mijn haar gekleurd en toen was ik erg tevreden, later kwam ik terug om dezelfde kleur te doen en het werd een heel andere kleur?? Later belde mijn moeder naar de kapsalon om het uit te leggen dat ik toch niet tevreden ben ons werd verteld dat wij later terug moesten bellen zodoende deden wij dit. Bij dit telefoon gesprek werd mijn moeder erg onbeleefd/fel aangesproken dat ik het niet eerlijk zei in de stoel dat ik niet tevreden ben (wat heel veel mensen niet durven) en dat ik een kappers opleiding doe (1maand pas en dat wisten ze) en dat ik het had moeten weten?? Heel apart want ik kom bij jullie om mijn haar te verven en ik ben dan een klant!! En geen kapster in opleiding die alles weet over kleuren.. Wel werd er gezegd dat ik mijn haar moet wassen met een shampoo en als dit niet werkte terug kon komen.. shampoo werkte niet maar ben niet terug gegaan omdat wij onvriendelijk te woord werden gestaan.. Last my hair colored and then I was very satisfied, later I came back to do the same color and it became a completely different color ?? Later my mother called to the hair salon to explain that I am still not satisfied we were told that we had to call back later so we did this. During this telephone conversation my mother was very rude / fiercely addressed that I did not honestly say in the chair that I am not satisfied (which many people dare not) and that I do a hairdressing course (only 1 month and they knew that) and that I should have known? Very special because I come to you to dye my hair and I am a customer !! And no hairdresser in training who knows everything about colors .. It was said that I should wash my hair with a shampoo and if this didn't work it could come back .. shampoo didn't work but didn't go back because we were spoken unfriendly ..

Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Well cut. Hairdresser listens carefully to the wishes and gives good advice. I will definitely go back to this lovely hair salon.
