Personal Training Nederland - Wageningen Hele prettige club om bij te komen trainen en werken aan jouw long-term gezondheid! De aanpak is doelgericht, to the point, en realistisch. De intake is geen haastklus: er wordt tijd genomen om je doelen helder te krijgen, en gekeken naar zwakke plekken. Niet alleen in termen van wat beter moet, maar ook fysieke en/of psychische belemmeringen die een specifieke aanpak en eventuele begeleiding vereisen. De 3 stappen (beweging, voeding, en coaching) werken goed, en je bent vanaf moment 1 bezig en worst gemotiveerd om je doelen te halen. De trainingen (Personal Team Training in mijn geval) zijn kort, stevige impact en érg doeltreffend - al zijn de eerste paar keer een hel om door te maken, maar daar groei je doorheen... ;) Er zijn meerdere trainers, allen met hun eigen techniek en stijl, maar zonder uitzondering heel motiverend en doelgericht met jouw ontwikkeling bezig! De coaching is altijd motiverend - al heb je meerdere trainers die je begeleiden, ze hebben altijd hetzelfde doel voor ogen: jouw doel. En dat evalueer je wekelijks, kijken wat goed of minder goed ging, en vooral wat nóg beter kan. De voedingsadviezen waren goed opgezet, afwisselende maaltijden, en sluiten prima aan bij het hele plan. Voor mij waren ze minder makkelijk te volgen door mijn drukke dagelijkse bezigheden - veelal kleine / afgepaste hoeveelheden van veel verschillende soorten voedselgroepen vergen óók veel voorbereidingstijd, en die ontbreekt mij simpelweg. Ik heb er wél een hoop aandachtspunten uitgehaald en mijn voedingspatroon op aangepast! En zo alsnog ook op dat vlak kunnen bijdragen aan mijn verbetering :) Wonend in Wageningen lag de vestiging aan de Churchillweg voor de hand, per fiets uitstekend té bereiken. Je moet alleen wél zoeken naar de trainingen op tijden die aansluiten bij je eigen schema - of dÑt aanpassen. Uitwijkmogelijkheid is Ede, maar voor mij per fiets net effe te ver. Je kan niet elke avond willekeurig binnenlopen en gaan trainen: er zijn vaste schema's voor, op te zoeken en boeken in de FitManager app. Effe zoeken en omschakelen maar het werkt wél ;) Mijn conditie (man van 53) was hopeloos slecht bij aanvang, en ik was véél te zwaar. Door de coaching, aangepaste voeding en alle trainingen, is er een mentale omslag geweest, en ben ik nu - na een half jaar - een kleine 15kg lichter, véél meer energie, en ik voel me (doorgaans, je hebt dagen....) beter als in de afgelopen 15 jaar!!
Personal Training Netherlands - Wageningen Very nice club to train and work on your long-term health! The approach is goal-oriented, to the point, and realistic. The intake is not a rush job: time is taken to clarify your goals and to look for weak spots. Not only in terms of what needs to be improved, but also physical and / or psychological obstacles that require a specific approach and possible guidance. The 3 steps (exercise, nutrition, and coaching) work well, and you are busy from the first moment and you are motivated to achieve your goals. The trainings (Personal Team Training in my case) are short, strong impact and very effective - although the first couple of times it is hell to go through, but you grow through that ...;) There are several trainers, all with their own own technique and style, but without exception very motivating and focused on your development! The coaching is always motivating - even if you have several trainers who guide you, they always have the same goal in mind: your goal. And you evaluate that on a weekly basis, looking at what went well or less well, and especially what could be even better. The nutritional advice was well designed, varied meals, and fits in perfectly with the whole plan. For me they were less easy to follow due to my busy daily activities - often small / adjusted quantities of many different types of food groups also require a lot of preparation time, and I simply do not have that. I have taken a lot of attention points and adjusted my diet accordingly! And in that way also be able to contribute to my improvement :) Living in Wageningen, the branch on Churchillweg was an obvious choice, easily accessible by bicycle. You only have to look for the training at times that match your own schedule - or adjust that. The alternative is Ede, but just too far for me by bike. You cannot randomly walk in and start training every night: there are fixed schedules for searching and booking in the FitManager app. Effe searching and switching but it works;) My condition (man of 53) was hopelessly bad at the start, and I was way too heavy. Due to the coaching, adapted nutrition and all training, there has been a mental change, and I am now - after half a year - a little 15 kg lighter, much more energy, and I feel (usually, you have days .... ) better than in the past 15 years !!

Bij Personal Fitness Nederland weten ze wat gezond is. Gezond gedrag, gezonde doelen. Zelf wilde ik fitter worden, en sterker. Dus heb ik met Lian gepraat over hoe ik mijn eet- en bewegingspatroon kon veranderen om naar dat doel toe te werken. De sfeer in de trainingen is altijd goed. De trainers zijn echt vakmensen, ik kan altijd bij ze terecht voor advies. Nu, pas zes weken later voel ik me al fitter en kan ik al veel meer dan voorheen. Mijn eetpatroon voelt niet aan als een dieet en is dus ook niet zwaar. En van het sporten word ik steeds weer blij dus ga ik er met plezier naartoe (zodra ik mezelf van de bank geworsteld heb natuurlijk).
At Personal Fitness Nederland they know what is healthy. Healthy behavior, healthy goals. I wanted to become fitter and stronger myself. So I talked to Lian about how I could change my eating and exercise patterns to work towards that goal. The atmosphere in the training is always good. The trainers are real professionals, I can always turn to them for advice. Now, only six weeks later I feel fitter and I can do much more than before. My diet does not feel like a diet and is therefore not heavy. And sport makes me happy all the time so I go there with pleasure (as soon as I wrestle myself off the couch of course).

Very happy to start at Personal Fitness. The coaches are very nice. They first teach you how to inlude a healthy lifestyle. The diet plan is really nice. You do not feel hungry because in that plan 6 meals are included per day. The nice thing is that recipes are included in the plan too. Even for each week a shopping list of all the foods is included which saves you time to do it by yourself. What is more, i really enjoy the training with coaches. I first had Lucinda then Ruben and Mario. All of them were really warming and nice people. Now i have Lian and I am really happy because I enjoy our meeting. Not only the training but also i can always text her on whatsapp if I have questions. The most important thing, it is always difficult at the beginning to start a new lifestyle and Lian is always there to support me. Now i feel much better to meet her. I have lost already many kilos, i improved my eating habbits, I have enough energy and start loving myself again. Thank you Personal Fitness team!!

Absolutely loved my experience here! After 6 months I didn't only get fitter but my whole perspective over fitness changed. Rob helped me a lot with nutritional information and knowledge about how bodies work. I am now having a a much understanding of nutrition and how to use that to get the best for myself. He was also very helpful with building a strenght training that program I could follow at gym as I started to fully enjoy working out. With Martijn I did all my fitness/training appointments. He is very patient and fun to work with, but also professional. It was very useful to have him teaching me how to perform exercises in the proper way and how to be more aware of my form. I can't recommend enough this team! I am very glad I chose last spring to be their client. I will be forever grateful for all the teaching and new habits they offered me, which improved my life in so many different ways. Thank you, Wageningen Personal Fitness Nederland team!
