★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De reiniging van mijn tapijt was zeer matig, een grote vlek bleef bij hen onopgemerkt. Zoiets kan gebeuren. Ik heb de chef daarna gebeld en 2x ook foto's gemaild met het verzoek om contact. En wat denk je? Hij laat niets van zich horen en veegt de problemen zo 'onder het tapijt'. Misschien dat de firma nu wel reageert dat zou dapper zijn en dan laat ik het zeker aan jullie weten.
