★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Mijn hondje beet in een half uur een nieuw speeltje stuk, de reactie ja ligt aan de hond. Kan altijd gebeuren. Snap ik maar binnen 1 uurtje? Nee ligt aan de hond en mag natuurlijk een andere kopen. En dat m'n hond het deel op at van het speeltje was totaal niet erg. Totaal niet. ?. Had gewoon die 15 euro terug gegeven of had een lekker
bot aan geboden maar ga niet zeggen ligt aan de hond en koopmaar iets nieuws kan ik kijken of ik korting ga geven.
 Bad service. My dog bit a new toy in half an hour, the reaction yes depends on the dog. Can always happen. Can I only understand within 1 hour? No depends on the dog and can of course buy another. And the fact that my dog ate the part of the toy was not a problem at all. Not at all. . Just gave back that 15 euros or had a nice one
bluntly offered but don't say it's the dog and buy something new I can see if I'm going to give a discount.
