★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional. Has optional services, our chimney turned out to be blocked by a bird's nest, for a small fee he had the option to install a grate to prevent bird's coming in in the future which he was able to do as an extra service directly after cleaning the chimney.
