★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel die niet of nauwelijks wat weet van de spullen die ze verkopen. Echt slecht je verkoopt wel spullen voor levende wezens die kunnen ziek worden van verkeerd advies. Dat zulk personeel in een dierenzaak mag werken snap ik niet.
 Staff who know little or nothing about the things they sell. Really bad you do sell stuff for living things that can get sick from wrong advice. I do not understand that such personnel may work in an animal shop.
