★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nightmare. I order something, a few days passed since I had no further information, I sent an email asking and requesting for a reimbursement, I had no reaction whatsoever. I called after a week, they told me over the phone that it will be sent and they will contact me shortly (they never contacted me); more than two weeks later still nothing, I had to call and ask for a reimbursement and something that will prove that my request was done. I got an email but they decided to only "cancel" what they did not have in stock. What a joke of client service! After two weeks my order was going to be sent just like that? All I got was, - Oh, that is weird, sorry". I had to call again to ask for a total reimbursement. That is outrageous. Honestly their client service is deplorable and almost non-existent. I strongly advice not to order online.
