★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weer voor niks naar deze top apparaten gereden om medicijnen te halen, blijft me verbazen dat de apotheek wil dat je het binnen 48 uur ophaalt, en komt je daar staat er zoals altijd, raak het scherm aan om te beginnen.
Nou ik weet niet hoe hard je op moet drukken, maar deed het WEER niet waardeloos, nu kan ik weer apotheek bellen, dat ik niks heb ontvangen vanwege STORING!!!
 Drove to these top devices again for nothing to get medicines, continues to amaze me that the pharmacy wants you to pick it up within 48 hours, and you will be there as always, touch the screen to start.
Well I don't know how hard you have to press, but it didn't work AGAIN, now I can call pharmacy again, that I didn't receive anything due to FAILURE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ongelooflijk slechte uitwerking van een mooi idee.
Het systeem werkt niet wanneer je met een code buiten kantooruren e.e.a. moet ophalen. Let wel, dit is de hele functie van het apparaat! Er mist namelijk een 'Enter' of 'Bevestigen' knop o.i.d. Een duidelijke fout die met één keer testen iedereen zou zijn opgevallen. Maar wat vervolgens de cruciale fout is die dit (scam) bedrijf maakt: het is totaal niet bereikbaar. Laat staan buiten kantooruren, wanneer hun product juist gebruikt wordt.
Tot overmaat van ramp is er op hun website ook nog eens geen informatie te vinden over het praktisch gebruik van het apparaat, maar alleen maar over de potentiële voordelen.
Kortom, totaal niet klantgericht of ook maar die intentie wekkend.

The system does not work if you have to retrieve data using a code outside office hours. Note that this is the entire function of the device! This is because an 'Enter' or 'Confirm' button o.i.d is missing. A clear error that everyone would have noticed with one test. But what is then the crucial mistake that this (scam) company makes: it is totally unreachable. Let stand outside office hours when their product is used properly.
To make matters worse, there is also no information on their website about the practical use of the device, but only about the potential benefits.
In short, not at all customer-oriented or even awakening that intention.
