They deliver the wrong products. And when filed a complaint about it, they didnt reply. Looking for a better one just a few blocks further away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is the closest to my house, connected to my doctors office. The service is so terrible, that even when I’m sick I’ll bike further to next available one to get my medication. They’re extremely slow, rude, ignore the clients, chit chat unprofessionally when they think you can’t hear them. I don’t know what the problem is ( bad management? Unqualified staf? ) but I’ve given it my best shot for the last 2 years and I’ve now given up. Don’t go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, they randomly charge handover costs on higher side which then we always end up paying from own risk even when they do not even say a word about the medicine. They also do not inform you that certain medicines are not covered by insurance due to their brand which means you pay with own risk and usually these are very expensive medicines.
